These terms apply when you take a simulation with Emploify, when you try our demo and when you visit emploify.se. For employers who are customers, the agreement with Emploify comes first. These terms apply to their users where that agreement says nothing else.

1. About Emploify

Emploify AB, company registration number 559444-8291, Drottninggatan 97, 113 60 Stockholm, Sweden, provides job simulations for hiring. In a simulation you handle a situation from a job in a conversation with an AI, and AI scores your answers as input for the employer.

2. AI in the service

  • The person you talk with in a simulation is an AI, not a human. The AI plays a role, such as a guest or a customer, and answers in an AI-generated voice.
  • Your answers are scored by AI from a transcript of the conversation, against criteria for the role. The AI does not analyse your voice, tone, facial expressions or emotions.
  • The scoring is input. The hiring decision is always made by the employer, not by Emploify and not by the AI.

3. Who may use the service

You must be at least 16 years old to take a simulation or try the demo. You must give accurate information about yourself.

4. Account and sign-in

If you are invited to a simulation, an account may be created for you with your email address, so you can sign in through the link you receive. The account is personal. Keep your sign-in details and links to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

5. Taking a simulation

  • Take the simulation yourself. No one else may answer for you or help you during the conversation, and you may not use tools that produce answers for you.
  • The simulation needs a camera and a microphone, and the conversation is recorded with video and sound.
  • You can retake a simulation a limited number of times. Only your latest attempt can be sent to the employer, and you choose whether to send it.
  • You get feedback on your simulation.

6. The demo

The demo at app.emploify.se/prova lets you try the service. Its result is not sent to any employer. The demo may have a limited number of places per day; if so, we send your link as soon as there is room.

7. What you may not do

You may not:

  • try to access anyone else’s data or account;
  • copy, record, publish or share the content of the simulations, such as scenarios and roles;
  • try to work out how the service is built by decompiling it or similar;
  • overload or disrupt the service, or try to get around its security;
  • use the service in breach of the law or these terms.

If you break these terms, we may close your account.

8. Results and decisions

Emploify gives the employer input. We do not promise that you will get a job, and we are not responsible for the employer’s decisions. The scoring is based on a transcript of the conversation and can be wrong, for example if the audio is poor. That is why the employer sees the quote each score is based on. You can ask the employer to have a person review your result.

9. Rights to the content

Emploify owns the service, its scenarios, criteria, texts and design. You may use the service for what it is intended for, and in no other way. What you provide yourself, such as your answers and your CV, is yours. You give us the right to process it as needed to provide the service, as our privacy policy describes.

10. Personal data

How we process personal data, and what rights you have, is set out in our privacy policy.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service running, but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.

12. Liability

Emploify is not liable for indirect loss, such as lost income, or for how employers and their applicant tracking systems use data and results. This limitation applies to the extent the law allows, and does not restrict the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Deleting your account

If you have an employer account, you delete it yourself under Account in the app. If you took a simulation as a candidate, write to support@emploify.se and we will delete the account for you. Data from a recruitment is handled by the employer, as the privacy policy describes.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For significant changes, we tell you at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.

15. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are decided by the Swedish general courts. As a consumer, you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
